About Me
Gabby is passionate about creating a space where children, teens and adults feel seen and honored in their unique experiences. She is dedicated to walking alongside each individual and empowering them to access their own strengths and capacity for joy.

Gabby supports adolescents and families experiencing acute and chronic emotional distress, shifting family dynamics, and dysregulation. She is committed to a strengths-based approach, informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness based practices, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She focuses on identifying and interrupting unhelpful behavioral patterns, nurturing self-acceptance, and fostering open communication in relationships. Gabby believes in the power of finding meaning within life’s most difficult moments and beyond them.
Gabby is a native Angelina, completed her education in the Midwest and obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan, specializing in Interpersonal Practice in Integrated Health, Mental Health and Substance Abuse. In addition to her work in private practice she is a pediatric medical social worker at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She offers in-person sessions in Santa Monica, CA, and is supervised by Danielle Jonas, LCSW (#115555).
